PA-4819 is a water-based hydroxyacrylic emulsion that does not contain NMP, NEP, or other organic solvents. It is compatible with hydrophobic isocyanate curing agents, suitable for waterborne industrial, flooring, and wood two-component isocyanate coatings, featuring good fullness, high gloss, high hardness, and excellent chemical resistance.

Glossy varnish solution
Glossy White scheme = clear coat : titanium white paste = 7:3
For the glossy black solution, it is recommended to replace 20% PA-4819 resin with PA-4846 hydroxypropyl dispersion

Industrial paint applications
PA-4819 combined with the water-oil universal curing agent HT-600 produces a 60° gloss at the white paint angle of 94.2°.
Floor paint applications
PA-4819 combined with hydrophilic isocyanate curing agent OS-9018 can be applied to glossy floor paints, achieving a 60° angle gloss and 70° gloss, with excellent hardness, wear resistance, and chemical resistance.
It is especially suitable for applications such as wood paint, industrial paint, and floor paint.
