Based on the national "dual carbon" goals, most high-weathering, heavy-corrosion anticorrosive fluorocarbon two-component coatings for bridges are solvent-based systems with high VOCs, urgently requiring "water transfer."
As a polyester-modified Fluorohydroxyacrylic Acid Secondary Dispersion, compared to traditional fluorocarbon hydroxyacrylic acid emulsions or FEVE emulsions, PA-4200F has excellent mechanical stability and paint storage stability. It is compatible with various water-based resins, additives, and water-dispersible isocyanate curing agents, and is less likely to encounter slag or sedimentation issues during paint mixing and storage. It offers high application tolerance, which is very similar to traditional hydroxy-hydroxyacrylic acid secondary dispersions, making it easy to use and suitable for large-scale promotion
Moreover, PA-4200F has excellent film-forming properties, achieving high gloss and excellent fullness, whereas ordinary fluorocarbon hydroxyl resins usually only produce matte or matte coatings. In addition, this product features excellent water resistance, chemical resistance, and salt spray resistance, high thickness without foam film, good usability, and overall performance comparable to solvent-based two-component fluorocarbon products, further promoting the water-based use of two-component fluorocarbon coatings for bridge heavy anti-corrosion coatings.
PA-4200F significantly enhances the flexibility and weather resistance of waterborne two-component fluorocarbon coatings through polyester modification technology, meeting the heavy anti-corrosion requirements of bridges. It also has a high fluorine content, providing excellent weather resistance. It also has excellent compatibility with various water-based resins and curing agents, ensuring stability during construction and storage. It provides a new solution for waterborne fluorocarbon coatings.
