01/ HPUA-7613 Water-based two-component silver powder paint solution
HPUA-7613 is an aliphatic water-based hydroxyacrylic acid-modified polyurethane dispersion, used in water-dispersible isocyanate curing agents for water-based two-component polyurethane coatings. It also features a polycarbonate-modified structure with strong crystallinity, resulting in excellent silver powder arrangement while providing excellent resistance.

All the above test data were obtained after baking and when the coating film was completely dry. Since some customers may not have sufficient baking time when developing solutions, we also conducted partial performance variation tests of the HPUA-7613 under different drying times for reference.
02/ HPUA-7613+UV-5270&UV-5274 Water-based two-component silver powder paint + water-based UV topcoat solution
The water-based UV resins used by Guanzhi in silver-powder paint composite coatings are mainly UV-5270 and UV-5274, both water-based polyurethane acrylate dispersions.
UV-5270 offers excellent flexibility; UV-5274 has a high crosslinking density, high hardness, and excellent resistance. Two resins are usually used together to balance hardness, durability, and flexibility.

In addition to the performance tests mentioned above, special appearances such as matte or high-end metallic finishes are needed. Using composite coating solutions is easier to design formulations than applying silver powder paint.
03/ UV-5100 Water-based UV one-coat silver powder paint solution
UV-5100 is a solvent-free, radiation-cured polyurethane acrylate dispersion with excellent silver powder arrangement properties, making it especially suitable for waterborne plastic silver powder paints.

Water-based two-component silver powder paint + water-based UV topcoat solution: HPUA-7613 serves as the primer, and UV-5270/UV-5274 topcoat protects the primer, resulting in better chemical resistance, greater wear resistance, and more wear resistance for the paper tape.

Water-based UV one-coat silver powder paint solution: UV-5100 water-based resin for silver powder paint offers excellent resistance and wear resistance.
