What is amino baking paint?
Amino baking paint is a coating made by heating at high temperatures (generally above 120°C) in which the main resin containing active functional groups (hydroxyl, carboxyl groups, etc.) in the paint undergoes a chemical crosslinking reaction with the amino resin, forming a film.
Cured amino baking paint has excellent film performance; the film is hard, full, bright, and bright, strong and durable, with excellent decorative and protective functions. The disadvantage is that it requires higher coating equipment and consumes more energy, making it unsuitable for small-scale production.
Amino baking paint is mainly used for tricycles, bicycles, elevators, packaging barrels, vehicle topcoats, furniture coating, household appliance coating, various metal surface coatings, instrument and meter coating, and industrial equipment coating.

Paint Mix:
White paint (clear coat: white paste = 7:3) Red paint (clear coat: red paste = 8:2)
Black paint (clear coat : black paste = 9:1) Blue paint (clear coat : blue paste : white paste = 8:1:1)
Process: Spray plate flash-dried at room temperature for 10-15 minutes, then 150°C for 20-30 minutes
Note: The solid content ratio of resin to amino group is approximately 5.7:1 (amino resin is 325).
